Ex-president of Georgia and former governor of the Odessa region, Ukraine, Mikheil Saakashvili became the ambassador of the Finolog 2.0 startup, aimed at supporting small businesses with a new financial ecosystem.

The developers of the startup claimed that the politician was “lit” with the idea of the project, so he agreed to support them free of charge. On their Youtube channel Finolog 2.0. published a video in which Saakashvili talks about the importance of transforming the traditional banking system.

Finolog 2.0 is based on Ethereum and claims to strive “to deprive bankers of their enormous influence on the economy and to combat the inefficiency inherent in the modern banking structure”.
