The Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX), which is an ICO-marketplace, announced that a Singapore-based non-profit organization Crowdvilla will soon launch its tokensale on the GBX GRID. In the history of the platform itself, this is the third ICO.
Crowdvilla intends to use the blockchain and CRV cryptocurrency in the rental property market for recreation. The organization intends to purchase real estate for attracted investments, and CRV tokens will become the equivalent of the ownership of the property purchased as part of the investment.
In addition, another token, CROWD, will be launched to pay for accommodation at Crowdvilla objects.
As previously reported, on January 1, standards, according to which Gibraltar companies that provide services using blockchain technology, must obtain the appropriate license from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC), came into force.
