Located in Minsk, the High-Tech Park of Belarus, Eastern Europe develops requirements for the operation of crypto exchanges, as well as rules for services related to the issue and placement of tokens. State representatives of the legal and technological backgrounds participate in making a draft. This was reported to ForkLog magazine by lawyer Denis Aleinikov.

According to him, the new set of rules is intended to supplement the basic framework outlined by the decree “On the development of the digital economy”, which entered into force on March 28.

It is worth noting that since June 18, the High-Tech Park can determine regulations on its territory.
